Your role
As our Demand Generation Specialist, you'll drive sustainable, scalable growth through hands-on execution and optimization of acquisition strategies, leveraging data, creativity, and technical insight across multiple acquisition channels, working directly with the founding team to scale Florbs globally.
You’re not just managing campaigns; you’re building our growth machine with a data-driven approach, creativity around messaging and branding, making a direct impact on our trajectory.
Core responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create smart and effective plans to generate demand and leads, create urgency with potential customers and raise awareness in different industries;
Create automated flows: Build a sales pipeline machine to a level that sales can’t handle all the meetings flowing in via you. How you build it is up to you. You get full autonomy and we expect you to be proactive about what you need to be successful;
Revenue driver: Revenue is the ultimate goal, everything you do should somehow circle back to it. This means, we are looking for a sales mindset and you get bonus on top of your base salary
Client segmentation: Identifying and targeting specific customer segments with tailored outreaches;
Tools & Analytics: Using marketing automation tools like HubSpot and several analytical tools to measure your impact. Building campaigns and flows is one thing, but analyse, seeing what works and what not, and act on it, is another.
What we're looking for
Sales Mindset: You get enthusiastic about deals and you are passionate about how to get the next big client to the table. It’s just that you like creating revenue opportunities more than actual closing them;
Technical skills: Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar), analytics and AI tools (we are more than interested to hear what you use daily to be successful!
Communication: A small team needs clear communication and collaboration with all other departments;
Adaptability: In a startup environment, it’s necessary to be flexible and change course based on certain events.
Bonus points
Previous experience in high-growth early stage startup environments;
Software (SaaS) experience;
Experience with AI-driven tools like Clay.
